HI ...we have a few here in IL.

CMPL,
Isle of U,
Cardio Box,
Fishers of Men & Slices of Quince (with some low reaching),
Raja, ROAR!, Close it Tight & The Longest Neck Micro Letterboxes at the
St. Louis Zoo (the 5th, Teddy, is not readily wheelchair accessible).

Thats all I can think of off the top of my head. There are a few others that
are very close to a wheel chair accessable path.

Also The Doorly Bug in Omaha.

Maybe we will hear from you if you get out this way.
